Campus Connect
Please feel free to add your school to the list below! You can start a Student Transcendental Meditation Association (STMA) on your college campus to connect with other students interested in meditation. You can email us with your school name and contact info, or simply leave it in the comment box below.
Would you like to be a contact on your campus to organize communication? Would you be available to speak with meditating students?
Studentmeditation.org is here to support, and help organize meditation on college campuses… We are available to help in any way we can.
Please leave comments below with questions, and ideas, as well as any events you would like to promote.

Dear STMA,
We are not a young student meditation group, as we have been going for over 15 years. We also have our own network with in the Kwan Um School (www.kwanum.org) and have close ties to the Cambridge Zen Center (www.cambridgezen.com).
However, I am a new student president this year and making changes, though not many, including starting a twitter, and trying to reach out into the broader Buddhist sangha, even outside the Zen world.
So while we don’t need help starting a group, I would like to extend a hand of community and sangha and commend y’all for helping push forward a movement.
In the Dharma,
Michael Bruffee

Trinity College, in Hartford, CT has just had their STMA Transcendental Meditation Club approved by the Student Government Association! We already have an open group of 16, in addition to 2 first-year seminar classes and the women’s squash team trained, and have had a few lectures on campus. We look forward to joining this community!

Hey STMA,
Inspired by our neighbors at Trinity, we at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT have started a group of TM practitioners, are inviting speakers, and would love any help or suggestions getting TM into the fabric of our community (and maybe give Trinity Squash a run for their money).
i want to start the club in my high school, but i don’t have any background knowledge, hope you could help me!
